Walk a Freedom Mile in July

Walk a Freedom Mile in July

Why ‘Walk a Freedom Mile?’

Yes… we have changed the name of our annual dog walk!

This year we are asking you to walk and donate in recognition of the value of freedom.  freedom that is often not experienced by many autistic people, or their family.Having a Dog for Autism as a partner can open up freedom to the world for these individuals and families.

The end of lockdown brings charities the freedom to start raising much needed funds after being significantly impacted in the last year.

Please support us and forward this web page to anyone you think would enjoy getting involved.

Thank you

Thanks to Channel 5 for some sensitive filming and for highlighting our work. By raising awareness of the charity we hope that more funding might become available to us, enabling us to train more dogs for autistic people of any age, anywhere in the UK.
